I only made it to about day 15 of inktober, so next year ill have to do better! Here is the last few that I did that month.

RUN+HEAD

Just a few things I did for practice/fun. I did a few studies from old eadweard muybridge photos of a guy running, and I put them together in a gif at the end. Its not a perfect loop but it works ok I think. The second is just a head to practice coloring and stuff. I ended up doing too much extra work on it that kinda ruined it so I scrapped it to get it back closer to where I liked it. Gotta keep learning to simplify.

Ghosty

I was listening to a podcast recently and one of the hosts shared a story about when he thought he saw a ghost. I thought it was pretty creepy so I drew the ghost from his story.

Hi there! I was away in New York for a time and while I was there I happen to catch this photo on my Rss feed. I really like these kind of retro Super Sentai Warrior type costumes so I wanted to do a little drawing of her when I got back. Here it is! you can see the original photo here

Mob Drawings

I was watching an old film called "The Touch of Evil" for a film class I am taking and I drew some of the characters from the film. Trying to rely less on painting.

I felt like trying my hand at sculpting again today so I made this in Sculptris. Sculpting is pretty fun but tricky, especially making hair.

I figured considering its almost 4 months into the new year without a new post I should probably get back with this, so here is a few random sketches and exercises I have done in the mean time. I am going to make sure I get newer/more finished work up here in the future, but for now here is some stuff.
Blue thing with the lady heads was a repeat of an old exercise I did a while back, draw a head without ref then a bunch from ref and then one more with out it again to see if you get any better. Then just some sketches for random stuff. The spaceship thumbnails were some work I did for a freelance job but I don't think I am allowed to post the final yet so there is some ideation I did at least.
