I got my haircut today, also it is christmas eve.

also tf2 update is coming out and I am looking forward to playing a ton of that over the break.

Altered beast assignment

Here is another project i have been working on for school. a similar assignment to the Masque of the Red Death one, only this time I am reinventing the old arcade game "altered beast" I am not totally happy with what i have but i dont really hate it ether, I just gotta finish it.

brief synopsis. its a side scroller beatemup and the basic gameplay elements are the hero transforms into a different animal every level of the game. you fight a boss at the end of each level who transforms into something crazy. so my take on it is the game is taken out of ancient Greece and brought to modern times where an old wizard is brought back to life and some punk dude is out to stop him. thrilling story, i know.

Gesture workshop

went to a gesture drawing workshop today, wow i am terrible at it. definitely going to work on that more.

also, i read this little list of things to think about when you are drawing done by prom, so its worth a read for just that alone!

I have a project for school where we have to do designs for a story, and I chose Edgar Allen Poe's Masque of the Red Death. its still pretty early in the project, and what i have so far is still pretty rough.
